First UDL Modaraba (FUDLM)

Established and floated in 1991, and listed on the Karachi and Lahore stock exchanges, FUDLM is now one of the finest Modaraba’s in the country. FUDLM’s management company (Mudarib), UDL Modaraba Management (Pvt) Ltd is incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies’ Ordinance, 1984. The constituent founders of the Modaraba Company were two reputable and prestigious groups: UDL Group and Crescent Investment Bank. Subsequently UDL group acquired the interests of Crescent Investment Bank.

The UDL Group is the largest marketing and distribution organization with over 100 years of standing.
